Issued on October 30, 1934. (30 Paz 1934 in the upper right. Paz is short for październik, October.)
The stamp in the upper left says Miejsce w ławkach nieparzystych, meaning “position in odd benches” (i.e. seating in benches with an odd number). This refers to the infamous “ghetto benches”.
